India vs Sri Lanka 1st T20I Live Telecast Channel in India: When and where to watch IND vs SL Mumbai T20I?
The first T20I of Sri Lanka’s tour of India 2023 will be played in Mumbai tomorrow nearly four months after these two teams’ last T20I against each other and some nine and a half months after their last bilateral T20I against each other. While India will be returning to the shortest format after one and a half months, Sri Lanka will be playing their first T20I since ICC T20 World Cup 2022.
A three-match bilateral series will be the 10th such series between these two neighbouring countries. In their 13-year old history of T20I bilateral series, India have won seven series as compared to Sri Lanka’s lone series victory. Sri Lanka, who’ve won just a couple of T20Is against India in India, are yet to register a T20I series win in this country despite five attempts in the past.

In what is going to be Hardik Pandya’s fourth captaincy assignment, it will be for the first time when he will be leading India at home. Sri Lanka, meanwhile, will take the field with a full-strength 18-member squad.

First of the six series to be played during this home international winter in India, Star Sports Network will be broadcasting all the three matches scheduled to be played within a five-day period.
Yet to reveal the exact channels, fans can be rest assured about Mumbai T20I getting televised on Star’s primary sports channels namely Star Sports 1/1HD/1 Hindi/1HD. That being said, one thing which is guaranteed is that Star will be televising these matches in multiple languages.
Fans, who prefer to stream live matches, will have to switch to Disney+Hotstar for this series as no other streaming platform will be able to stream this series legally. Readers must note that even Disney+Hotstar will require fans to buy paid subscriptions to watch India-Sri Lanka T20Is.
