MI vs PBKS Head to Head Record in IPL History

The 31st match of the ongoing 16th season of the Indian Premier League will be played between Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings at the Wankhede Stadium tomorrow. Having lost and won a match each at their home ground this season, MI will be looking to make the most of an opportunity of hosting a team which isn’t in the best of forms.

Readers must note that these two teams had locked horns against one another only once in the last season. Played in Pune, a high-scoring encounter had witnessed PBKS successfully defending a 199-run target. Speaking of playing at this venue, this will be the first MI vs PBKS contest since IPL 2019.

In what was also a high-scoring match, KL Rahul‘s maiden IPL century was thumped by Kieron Pollard‘s quintessential match-winning knock.

All in all, there isn’t much to differentiate between MI vs PBKS Head to Head Record in IPL History. Although Indians have a slight one-match lead, Punjab are at the leading position in other facets and not too far behind when it comes to playing away from home. Interestingly, they also have a better average innings totals than the opposition.
