Since the start of this year, Quincy Crew have been dominating the American Dota circuit. Not only have they been in every Grand Finals, they also won 8 tournaments. But all of that came to an end today against EternalEnvy’s Team Zero in the finals of the Dota Summit 13.

The only team Quincy Crew lost a game to was Team Zero, which happened in the group stage. Despite losing a match, Quincy took the series 2-1. However, in the Finals, Team Zero did not leave any chances. They went for the kills and objectives in the first two games, but eventually Quincy Crew managed a comeback in the third game.

Quincy took games number 3 & 4 to even up the scoreboard and push the series to its decisive fifth game. However, Quincy did not have much gas left in the tank it seemed.

They fell apart very similarly as they had in the first game. With this loss, Quincy Crew’s 8-tournament win streak comes to an end.
