Since F1 is currently on a four-week break, ‘best friends’ Charles Leclerc and Pierre Gasly are using this time to have an extended period of bromance. A day after the two attended the Monte Carlo Masters finals together, the two also had a ‘training’ session together.
Team Gasly’s Instagram handle on April 17 uploaded several images of the Frenchman and the Monegasque training hard together at the gym. The two performed various forms of workouts to strengthen their upper body.

Leclerc and Gasly previously attended Monte Carlo Masters together
Charles Leclerc and Pierre Gasly attended both the Monte Carlo Masters men’s finals on April 16. They began the day by attending the men’s doubles final between the teams of Ivan Dodig and Austin Krajicek, and Sam Weissborn and Romain Arneodo.
Later in the day, the star F1 drivers also attended the men’s singles final between Andrey Rublev and Holger Rune. While attending the event, Leclerc explained how it was a pleasure to watch the tennis matches with his ‘best friend’ Gasly. The Monegasque stated that while he and Gasly were rivals on the track, they were good friends off it.
And when it came to tennis, Leclerc stated that he was delighted to attend ‘one of the biggest events of the year’ in his hometown of Monaco. Gasly too shared similar thoughts to that of Leclerc as he explained how he is always excited to see different forms of competition.
Hoping this gets liked by @PierreGASLY 😉

Charles Leclerc and Pierre Gasly will return to F1 action in 2 weeks
Charles Leclerc and Pierre Gasly will next return to the F1 track in two weeks in Baku for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. After three difficult races for both drivers, both Leclerc and Gasly will hope to produce a comeback in Baku.
Leclerc is currently tenth in the championship with just six points, 14 points behind his Ferrari teammate Carlos Sainz. The Monegasque’s only points of the season came in Saudi Arabia when he finished seventh.
On the other hand, Gasly too has had a difficult start with his new team, Alpine, after he left AlphaTauri at the end of the last season. The Frenchman has just scored four points and currently finds himself 14th in the championship.
