Charles Leclerc’s ex-girlfriend, Charlotte Sine, has provided her ‘concerned’ fans with a detailed update about her health after she visited the emergency room recently. Via an Instagram story on April 29, she began by explaining how she has had several ‘up and downs’ recently, and how her recent trip to Canada with her sister helped her significantly.
“Lately, I have been through a lot of up and downs due to my physical and mental health. But Canada with my sister has been a real turning point for me because I finally managed to enjoy every little moment I spent there, without overthinking or controlling my thoughts about food, sport, or any kind of emotions,” she wrote.

In her same Instagram post, Charles Leclerc’s ex-girlfriend Charlotte Sine also explained why she had to visit the emergency room in Paris. She wrote that a day after she attended her friend’s birthday party, a ’10 cm cyst appeared all of a sudden’ in the groin of her right leg.
As a result, she visited the emergency room immediately as she could not walk. Sine added that the cyst had to be taken out via surgery and this process resulted in extreme pain for her.
The Monegasque added that while there is nothing to worry about, she continues to feel pain and requires to be patient. Sine concluded her post by explaining that more than anything else, it is the mental difficulty that bothers her as she cannot train anymore for at least a month.
Leclerc and Sine broke up last year
After dating for several years, Charles Leclerc broke up with his ex-girlfriend Charlotte Sine last year. According to sportsmanor.com, the two broke up because the Ferrari driver wanted to focus on his F1 career.
Sine revealed the news of their break up via her Instagram handle. She wrote, “Charles and I have decided to end our relationship and stay good friends. It’s been 3 beautiful years together with loads of memories“. Since their break up, Sine has been spending her time traveling and enjoying some time off.
On the other hand, Leclerc has shifted his focus completely to delivering on the race track. After the first three races and the Azerbaijan Grand Prix sprint, the 25-year-old has scored 13 points.
He is currently eighth in the championship and is 11 points behind his Ferrari teammate Carlos Sainz. After a fantastic sprint race in which he finished second, Leclerc will now hope to carry forward his momentum into the main race on Sunday.
