Lando Norris arranges special delivery for his helmet designer amidst pandemic
Lando Norris arranges a special delivery for his 6-year-old helmet designer Eva Muttram who gained fame during British Grand Prix.
Lando Norris has once again gained headlines for heartfelt gestures. On a social media post he published on Thursday, Norris dropped a message for Eva.
“Hi, Eva, its Lando here. If you’re looking at this video, you would have received delivery and inside the delivery is a little gift from me to you to say thank you so much for your helmet, for your design, for such a cool design,” said Norris.
“So many people loved it. It was incredible, better than I ever imagined, and it is very special to me.” he further said. Norris addressed this message to Eva, as she designed the helmet for him before the British Grand Prix.
Which the McLaren driver selected to wear during that race. The design of helmet was massively shared, and Norris even changed his twitter handle name, to match the incorrect spelling of his name on the helmet.

Norris even expressed how special that helmet was to him by showing Eva the lid sitting in pride of place alongside his 2018 Valentino Rossi inspired helmet.
After his repeated thanks, he told Eva to open the parcel in front of her. Although predictable to anyone watching, the “Bell” parcel contained a second helmet, complete with Eva’s design.
Lando Norris winning hearts off the track
Norris maybe is years away from his peak days in the sport, but he is already being loved by Formula 1 fans because of his innocent and mischievous behaviour.
He seems to be a pleasant company among all the drivers, as he constantly banters with them especially with Max Verstappen, Charles Leclair, Carlos Sainz (McLaren teammate) and recently even spotted pulling Daniel Ricciardo’s (his partner next season) legs.
