Yet another superhero collab for Fortnite is here as Epic Games brings forth Spider-Verse into the game with many new skins, mythic weapons, and more.
Epic Games is notorious for bringing one collaboration after the other to Fortnite. And this time around, Spider-Verse is making its way into the celebrated battle royale title.
After the recent Dragon Ball collaboration that saw Goku Black added as a playable skin, it was time for yet another one. And with the recent announcement of Sony’s Spider-Man 2, Marvel’s most famous superhero was just moment’s away from addition.

Fortnite x Spider-Verse collab: When is it coming?
The trailer for the upcoming Fortnite x Spider-Verse event just dropped. And along with it, Epic shows a plethora of new additions. One of which is the recently teased and leaked Miles Morales skin. Other than that, the Spider-Man 2099 skin is also going to come to Fortnite.
The video also revealed that one of the most famous Mythic items is returning to the game, Web Shooters. The very ones Miles Morales uses to swing around the world stopping crimes. It also reveals that the collaboration is coming today at around 6:30 AM PDT.

Fortnite x Spider-Verse collab: All the new details coming to the game
The trailer shows all the juicy details that will get you glued to the screen and longing for the update to drop. The video starts with Miles Morales breaking through a building’s glass window showing exactly what the skin will look like in the game. And, if that piques your interest, what happens next will blow your mind.

Upon Miles swinging away using the upcoming Mythin Web Shooters, you get to see Miguel O’Hara a.k.a. Spider-Man 2099 standing in front of the broken window. This shows that the latter is coming to the game as either a playable skin or simply as an event-specific NPC.
According to the latest trailer of Miles Morales: Across the Spider-Verse, Miguel O’Hara is visibly set to be the main villain fighting against Miles. And seeing the trailer that dropped for the Fortnite collaboration, we might see the same dynamic working out in the event. With the movie set to release on June 2, this is the perfect time to drop the collab.
