Barcelona’s new star signing Frenkie De Jong from Ajax impressed everyone on his debut for Barcelona, as the Dutch International faced Chelsea yesterday.

The 22-year-old superstar came onto the pitch as a half-time substitute, and was able to control midfield as he acquired 100% pass accuracy in this pre-season match.

This stat certainly show that De Jong has all the right traits to be a success in Barcelona. Considering Barcelona have invested massively for the former Ajax player, they probably expect such performances by him.

Since, on the positive note, it is showing that one of the mega-signings by Barcelona this summer has started working according to the plans. On the other hand, Antoine Griezmann with all his quality is expected to meet his standards in the upcoming games.
