During the duration of his live stream, xQc came across a post that said Cenat got banned on Twitch. Reacting to it, he said that he heard the news and didn’t know how to react to it. He said:
“‘Kai Cenat banned.’ Yeah, I saw that. I think, chat, guys, I don’t want to say anything big, I think. It can’t be.”
There were speculations on Reddit regarding why Cenat got banned on the platform. Someone hinted that the ban could be because the streamer was riding his dirtbike inside the house during his live stream. To this, he reacted by saying there was no reason for the ban.
“Chat, if you own a property and you have private property, you can do whatever the f**k you want. ‘What if you die?’ Well, then you can’t do anything. I’m just saying. Yeah… that’s how that works.”
He continued:
“You can drive your own car in your parking lot. Right? That you own. It’s private property.”
Another point of speculation was that Cenat was trying to light fireworks in his house, and that became the reason for the ban. Someone also jokingly insinuated that the ban could be because he liked the shoes sent to him by Kick more than the ones sent by Twitch.
Is Kai Cenat moving to Kick?
After this ban, it is speculated that Kai might be moving to Kick.com. Kick had earlier announced they would be signing six streamers. This ban has made the speculations stronger, and people are expecting Kick’s announcement soon.
After the ban, people started blaming Twitch for being racist. People hinted that Twitch is banning its biggest black content creators on the platform. Before Cenat, Adin Ross received a permanent ban on the platform.
