When does Valorant competitive queue get disabled?
Valorant Episode 7 Act 1 will begin on July 27, 2023. Along with the change in the Episode, players will also see the implementation of the 7.0 patch update. With the patch, players will see new additions in the game, and just before that, the Valorant competitive queue will reset.
When the Valorant competitive queue is disabled, players lose all access to the game as the servers are down.
Besides this, Episode 7 Act 1 will have additions, including a new currency system and a new Sentinel.
In addition, players will also see an update in the progression system, which will have been completely revamped by that time.

Before the patch gets implemented, Riot Games will take down the servers for maintenance. During this time, players will not have access to the game, neither will they be able to play the game.
Now, the server will be down for a while but will be back the same day. Given below are the timings for when the servers will be back online:
- June 27 at 19:30 IST
- June 27 at 9:00 ET
- June 27 at 8:00 CST
- June 27 at 20:00 PT
- June 27 at 14:00 GMT
Players can check the website for updates or contact customer support if the servers are not back under the stipulated time.
How does Valorant Rank Reset affect players?

After the rank reset, players are the ones who get heavily affected. Not only do they have to face the wrath of getting de-ranked, but they also have to adapt to the new changes that come with each patch updated.
Players getting de-ranked means they will no longer stay on the same rank and be reset from their current standings.
For instance, players that were at Platinum 3 will drop down to Silver 2, or the ones who were at Diamond 1 will drop down to Gold 1.
Riot Games changed the overall Rank Rating system at the beginning of Episode 6 and made it tougher for people to rank up.
With the new changes being implemented, players must let go of some things they did in the previous patch and prepare for the nerfs and buffs of various Agents. This also means players will have more difficulty ranking again because everyone will push ranks.
In addition to this, gamers who spend more time playing the game will not be able to play it for a short duration. For players who play Valorant professionally, it could take away from their practice time.
