Charlotte is a journalist from Fontaine, for a press called Steambird. It has also been confirmed that Azumi Waki will be the Japanese voice actor who will breathe personality into the character.
The leaks that have come forward suggesting that Charlotte will be a Cryo Catalyst user as a playable. The source of the same is a credible leaker Mero with the handle @merlin_impact on Twitter.
