Making a Fire Resistance Potion in Minecraft in Three Easy Steps!
Step #1 – Making a Brewing Stand
Firstly you will need to make a Brewing Stand. We have a full tutorial on how to make it in this article. However, for quick reference, you will three cobblestones and a blaze rod to make it. You can get cobblestones from mines and a blaze rod from killing a blaze which you can find in the Nether. Once you collect all the ingredients, make your way to the Crafting table, place the rod on the middle block of the first row and the cobblestones on the middle row. Fill the middle row with three cobblestones and craft. You have made a brewing stand.
Step #2 – Collecting Ingredients for the Potion
We need magma cream, a nether wart, a potion bottle, and blaze powder for the potion. To find the magma cream, defeat the magmas that you can find in the Nether. A Nether Wart is found in Nether fortresses. They grow on soul sands. You can make glass bottles by smelting glass. After smelting the bottles, fill them with water by going near any water body and clicking on it while holding the bottle. Now, that you have all of the ingredients, let us make the final product.
Step #3 – Making the Fire Resistance Potion
Open the Brewing Stand and light it up using the blaze powder, add a water bottle to any of the three boxes present below. Now add a Nether Wart to the upper slot, this will make an Awkward potion.
