IN-A vs WI-A Dream11 Team: India A look to make it a sweep after taking an unassailable 3-0 lead against a languishing home outfit

The spate of the West Indies A cricket team has made for a dismal watch. After losing their opening two encounters against India A by 65 runs, the hosts only went onto write an even more abysmal essay in the 5 match ODI series after being wiped out by 148 runs in what was a must win match for them to squander the series to the visitors.

Taking on an India A side which had decided to rest several of its mainstays, West Indies A failed to capitalise on the Indian team management’s decision to give the rest of their squad some playing time out in the middle. They allowed the visiting side to put on a hefty 295 runs while batting first with Manish Pandey going onto score his first century of the series with his 100 and Shubman Gill’s 77 making India to an extremely formidable score.

And coming out to chase on a surface that was as good as they get for batting, West Indies’ failure to play the slower bowlers ending up being their demise once again. Despite Rahul Chahar and Axar Patel both being left out of India’s line-up for the day, the home side found a new spinner to lose wickets to with Krunal Pandya picking up 5-25 in 7 overs as West Indies fell apart like a house of cards.

They were bundled out for 147 with no one but themselves to blame as their approach against the spinning stuff was horrendously exposed. It allowed India to cruise to a comprehensive win, taking an unassailable 3-0 lead in the series and leaving West Indies in the trenches of a torrid series defeat.

Probable Winner

Despite having won the series, don’t expect India to lesser their intensity today. The side will be pushing for a complete sweep, a 5-0 series with West Indies being made light work of across the three matches. Despite India A’s squad being way the superior, West Indies have massively underachieved this series, allowing India to make light work of them.

Expect India to continue giving the lesser played players playing time in the fourth ODI with the series sealed now. It shouldn’t deter the side though who’ll descend in today’s match with an agenda of seeing past West Indies with ease. India A should register another rampant win and go onto take a 4-0 lead in the series.

Wicket-Keeper for IN-A vs WI-A Dream11

It’s Ishan Kishan who continues to be our pick in this department. He scored 27 runs in the third match and has been contributing with good scores throughout the series and we see him putting on another good score today as well.

Batsmen for IN-A vs WI-A Dream11

With 47 in the previous match, part of a 109 run partnership alongside Gill for the second wicket, we have Shreyas Iyer coming into our squad. Opener Shubman Gill will accompany him along with Manish Pandey with Hanuma Vihari coming in as well as we go in with a four prolonged Indian batting line-up for this encounter.

Elsewhere from West Indies we have the one selection as well in the identity of opener Sunil Ambris who managed to get a steady 30 runs and put on a 51 run stand for the opening wicket. He’s waged a lone stand despite losing partners at the other end and we expect him to show the same resolve today as well.

All-Rounders for IN-A vs WI-A Dream11

After picking up 5 wickets in the previous match and with West Indies completely unaware infront of spin, we have Krunal Pandya coming in for us . With Rahul Chahar and Aar Patel expected to be let out for this one as well, Pandya will bowl out the majority of overs of spin for India and is bound to be among the wickets once again.

From West Indies we have gone in with Raymon Reifer, a name who has massively impressed. An instrumental player for his side, he’s acted as the fulcrum of his side in both the batting and bowling segments and should bring in a rich haul of points once again for us.

Bowling Order for IN-A vs WI-A Dream11

It’s a two man partnership coming in from West Indies with us finally compensating for the picks from their side over here. India are bound to lose wickets, especially as they look to up the ante in the death overs and Akeem Jordan and Romario Shepherd should massively benefit from that.

Khaleel Ahmed from India closes out our side for this match.

Captain And Vice-Captain

Shubman Gill has been made our captain while we have gone ahead with Manish Pandey as the vice-captain of our Dream 11 side.
