“Klay Thompson is doing everything in his power to comeback 100%”: Stephen Curry shows us all how much he missed his Splash Brother
Warriors’ superstar Stephen Curry talks about Klay Thompson snd his determination to make a full comeback the next season
The Golden State Warriors reached the end of a fairytale season. A team that began the season predicted to be on the #14 spot in the West, and headed to yet another lottery pick, made their way to the play-in games. Defying all odds, and proving the naysayers wrong, Stephen Curry rose up to the challenge. Curry had a spectacular season, leading the NBA in scoring and winning his second ever scoring title. He averaged 32 points per game while shooting 42.1% from the field, grabbing a career-high 5.5 rebounds and dishing 5.8 assists.
While the season was a grind for the players, Klay Thompson was having an even harder time. Having to sit out for a second straight season, Klay was restless to come back to the court. As the Warriors lost to the Grizzlies, Klay put up Instagram stories congratulating the team. He also reassured the fans about what’s to come next season.

The Warriors were projected to make a deep playoff run this year if they had Klay back healthy. However, with him out, the Dubs were projected to be #14, and Stephen Curry was supposed to be ‘exposed’. The Warriors exceeded expectations, and Curry shut everyone up with his MVP caliber season. With Klay back, next season, the Warriors’ fans are sure to be in for a good time.
