Three Things You Should Keep in Mind Ahead of the Minecraft 1.20 Update
3. Hoard Lots of Bamboo
The newest update will bring us two different types of wood. Those types of wood will be bamboo and cherry. You can craft lots of bamboo wood sets using the bamboo you find in the game. Bamboo is already a findable item in the game. That is why, we suggest you hoard it so you can use that bamboo and craft various blocks as soon as the update drops.
Not to mention, there are other things you can do with bamboo as well. Not just make decorations or wood sets.
2. Collect Moss Blocks For Easy Sniffer Mob Farming
These moss blocks won’t get Sniffers attracted to your farm directly but it will surely help in hatching them. Firstly, you can find Sniffer eggs by looking through suspicious sand blocks and gravel. Find them in either desert temples or ocean biomes depending on where you want to search.
After finding a Sniffer egg, if you place this egg on top of a moss block then the hatching process accelerates. They will hatch in 10 minutes.
1. Crafting a Smithing Table
The smithing table will have many more uses in the next major update rather than just converting diamond gear to netherite. Mojang is adding armor trims in the next major update which will allow players to add multiple designs to their armor parts.
The table is getting a complete rework so do not throw out your smithing table just yet.
That is all you need to hoard before the next update starts. For more Minecraft content, click here.
