Damian Lillard pulled off an insane shot from half -court, right from the NBA logo, to drill a 3 vs Nets when the game was running way from the Blazers.

Blazers vs Nets was getting a little away from the Lillard and co. in the early parts of the 4th quarter, when Dame decided that it was time to take things in his own hands.
Damian Lillard half court 3 pointer
With the Blazers down by 7 in the 4th, Lillard puled up from half-court and hit the bulls eye to get the Blazers within 4 points of the Nets.

It was great to see the amount of confidence that Lillard has in his abilities, attempting that half-court shot when the game was stacked up right against the Blazers.
A miss there would have seemed foolish on Lillard’s part, but he was able to take the risk(or so we thought) and bank it home with ease. Well, if you have been getting 50 and 60 point games in your last two outings, the shot wouldn’t seem so much of a risk to you anyway.
As of writing this article, the Blazers are 3 points down in the 4th quarter and need to win in order to get into that play-in tournament vs Grizzlies.
If they lose, they bow out and the Suns make it to the play-in tournament ahead of the Blazers, who will then have to return home.
However, Lillard is doing all he can to ensure that nothing of that sort happens and the Blazers make it to that play-in tournament as the 8th seed safe and sound.
