They re-signed Austin Reaves, D’Angelo Russell, and Rui Hacimura while adding talents like Gabe Vincent, Jaxson Hayes, and more. While celebrating his new teammates on IG, LeBron James took a second out to also hype up his son Bryce in front of his 156,000,000 followers by sharing a hype video.

Not too long ago, LeBron had taken to Twitter with a caption, “His Turn Next!” That message was a clear indicator that Bron was now shifting focus on his younger son, and helping him get the kind of hype and anticipation that he had helped create for Bronny. So far, it seems like LBJ is working towards that goal.

As Bronny gets ready to suit up for USC, the attention has shifted to Bryce, who just moved his talents from Sierra Canyon to Campbell Hall. We’ve been seeing clips of Bryce suiting up with his new team at the Section 7 tournament. Bryce took to his Instagram to share a hype reel that an Instagram page had made for him.
The hype reel had Lil Uzi Vert’s new song ‘Flooded The Face’ playing as the background tune. A lot of fans were excited to see Bryce show his talents on the court. However, none of them would’ve matched his father, LeBron James. Bron put up an IG story with a hype reel and gave it a strong five-word caption: “FKN SAVAGE!!! Let’s go MAXIMUS!!”
It’s clear that Bron wants his 156,000,000 followers to act as a stage for him to showcase his son’s talents, and get him the right hype before his college recruiting process reaches peak.
LeBron joked about moving family to Atlanta over Bronny
It is no secret that LeBron James wants to play with Bronny in the NBA. Even though he’d want to win a 5th championship with the Lakers, his primary goal is playing with Bronny on the same NBA roster. Recently, ESPN shared their 2024 Mock NBA Draft.
On that list, Bronny was going as the 17th pick to Atlanta. This prompted an LBJ story with the caption, “Welll ATL Shawty, the James Gang will be pulling up!”
It’s clear that Bron wants to play with Bronny, and hence was even willing to forego $51 Million for the same. It’s not what Lakers fans would want to hear, but it is what it is.
