The Milwaukee Bucks are headed to Detroit to take on the Pistons tonight. This is the second game of their three-game trip. They lost their first contest against the Cleveland Cavaliers 114-102, playing without Giannis Antetokounmpo. This loss was their third loss in the last five games.

This was the fifth straight game that the Bucks played without Giannis. In his absence, the Bucks have gone 2-3, and have lost games against the Heat and the Cavs. These Eastern Conference losses would go on to hurt the Bucks later as the season progresses.
In his absence, the Bucks have fallen from the 2nd seed in the East to now the third seed. Currently, they’re tied with the Nets and are just a game ahead of the 5th-seeded Cavaliers.
As the team heads out to Detroit, fans wonder whether the Bucks will get Giannis back tonight.

Bucks fans have a lot to rejoice about. After missing a month of absence, Khris Middleton’s injury status has been updated. Along with that, Giannis is also now moved up to probable.

With Giannis and Khris probable to return to the lineup soon, it should help the Bucks curb some of their recent issues. With their All-Star trio back together and kicking, they should be good for the later half of the season, and to prepare and gel for the upcoming offseason.
