Is Stephen Curry Playing Tonight vs Kings? Warriors Release Injury Report for Crucial Game 7
The Golden State Warriors were dealt a huge blow on Friday. Taking on the Sacramento Kings in Game 6 at home, Stephen Curry and the Warriors looked like they were out of gas. They were totally dominated on the offensive glass, something that wasn’t the trend in the three straight games that the Dubs won. The Kings took Game 6 118-99.
After a spectacular Game 5 on the road, Game 6 was an utter let down. The Warriors failed to close the series, got their worse playoff loss in the past decade(nearly), and now gave Sacramento a chance to seal the series at their home.
Heading into Game 7, the fans just have one question. Is Stephen Curry playing?
Stephen Curry will PLAY tonight
The Golden State Warriors are in a place where they’ve been four times before. In those Game 7s, the Warriors have a 2-2 record. Out of the four games, two were at home, and two were on the road. The Warriors have a split record, both at home and on the road.
While this stat does not instill any confidence per se, it just goes to show that Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson have been here before. However, the Kings team are playing their first-ever Game 7.
Heading into tonight, the Injury report shows no change. This means Stephen Curry will play tonight. The Warriors will need a huge performance from him and the others, if they want to survive Game 7 and move on to the 2nd round against the Lakers.
