'It's probably a Guinness world record': Warriors coach Steve Kerr was in disbelief as Steph Curry hit 105 straight corner 3-pointers in practice

Even Steve Kerr was astonished by Steph Curry as the Warriors superstar made 105 straight 3-pointers from the corner in practice.

It is old news now, but still worth bringing up – Steph is the greatest shooter of all time. Such is his potency and accuracy from range that he makes the insane look like the routine. Much like Leo Messi is without peer as a dribbler, Steph is without peer as a pure shooter.

The Warriors built a dynasty centered around Curry’s insane gravity on the court. Curry is a picture of basketball poetry in motion, always relocating to generate an open shot for himself. Steph’s movement gives teammates passing lanes and confuses defenses all the more.

Curry had the most prolific 3-point shooting season in NBA history when he won his unanimous MVP in 2016. He might just have cracked the Guinness book again by making 105 straight corner 3s in practice today.

The Warriors Twitter account posted a video of Curry making 3-pointers for over 5 minutes straight. In this streak he made over 105 straight swishes.

Steve Kerr was in disbelief when he saw this shooting clinic from his player:

“It’s insane. It’s probably a world record. … If [the Guinness World Records book] still exists, it should be in there.”

The Warriors will be praying that Steph is able to supercharge their playoff hunt this season. Losing Klay Thompson for a second straight season will hurt them a lot.
