Michael Jordan Once Met his ‘Greatest Rival’ in Two and a Half Men star, Charlie Sheen
Michael Jordan’s life is so interesting that we simply keep finding a new story. This time, we look at when he faced off against a very famous father-son duo from Hollywood. Michael Jordan was nothing short of legendary, even way back in 1987.
A point at which he was just picking off his career. MJ had averaged 37 points per game just the season before and he was the name on everyone’s lips.
Naturally, the fervor around the Bulls superstar was enough to attract the media. Like a moth to a flame, they were drawn towards Jordan.
In one such instance, there was a time when for a TV show, MJ was challenged by Hollywood stars and a father and son duo, Michael Sheen and Charlie Sheen.
Michael and Charlie Sheen teamed up to take down Michael Jordan!
Yes, that one does sound quite hilarious, but it happened. Just take a look at the video for yourself.

As you can see, the whole thing seems surreal. Are two Hollywood stars taking on MJ, the guy who averaged 37 just the season before, seem real?
Well, it was two Davids vs Goliath. But this time, the Goliath was too big. However, for a moment it did seem like MJ was facing off against his ‘greatest rival’.
Charlie Sheen has now become one of the early 21st-century icons. The star of the hit comedy show “Two and a Half Men” is notorious for being a philanderer.
Jordan’s rising charisma in the 1980s.
While the 80s were a decade of dominance reserved for the Lakers and the Celtics, Michael Jordan was the name on everyone’s lips.
The young star had started finding his feet and it was all thanks to his high-flying charisma, quite literally. MJ started appearing in commercials and his shoes were starting to steal the spotlight.
By the time the decade wrapped up, one thing was certain- Michael was coming. And 1990s are synonymous with the name Michael Jordan.
