“Michael Jordan played 82 games 9 times, aren’t you ashamed”: Skip Bayless Ridicules LeBron James and AD After a Humbling loss to the Cavaliers

The Lakers have won seven of their last 10 games, but that still only puts them at 10-13. Given how poorly they started their season, the criticism they still receive after turning it around is unwarranted. Much of that comes from one man, Skip Bayless.

During their wins, Skip Bayless has chosen to stay silent, but whenever the Lakers have faltered, he’s come out of the woods. Each loss seems to give him immense joy, and tonight’s loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers is no different.

After Anthony Davis went down with flu-like symptoms in the first quarter, Skip Bayless was ready. Ready and cracking his knuckles to post as many keywords as he could in 280 characters.

Anytime LeBron James or Anthony Davis have sat out with injuries, the veteran sports analyst has to bring Michael Jordan into the mix. 82 games, 9 times is a slogan he lives by, and LeBron James will never match up to that standard.

Bron and AD have indeed missed quite a lot of games, but so have other players. Why pick on these two in particular- every time?

LeBron James always has nice things to say when he returns to Cleveland – Lakers fans may not like it when it comes to a loss

Bron had a decent game in his return to his “home” team, scoring 21 points and grabbing a game-high 17 rebounds. He had to step it up in his partner’s absence, but couldn’t pull through. The scoreline doesn’t indicate how competitive this game was, with both sides pushing until the final seconds.

In the post-game presser, Bron had nothing but love for “his” team. He’s always been a big fan of any Cleveland Sports team, and today was no exception. “That’s what Cleveland Sports is all about,” he had to say, and some Lakers fans may not like that.

Throughout the summer until his contract extension, the King was surrounded by rumors of him moving back to the Cavs. Hearing these comments may not give the fans of the purple and gold any more respite than they have.

Skip Bayless has risen from the ashes of the Lakers’ loss – A job that he’s good at doing quite often

The cotton candy-haired TV presenter seems to only focus on one side of Los Angeles—has he forgotten that Kawhi Leonard has missed more games than AD? No, he hasn’t. He just chooses to conveniently ignore it. All because Kawhi is his archetype—a silent star who plays basketball and doesn’t talk or express himself enough.

Or the fact that he played for the San Antonio Spurs—that makes an impact on his decision too. Skip Bayless has been hating on the Purple and Gold since dawn, and the acquisitions of LeBron James and Anthony Davis have made it more evident.

As an MJ fan, he can’t stop bringing up his Airness in every conversation. Even after Davis played like the best player in the league, Skip had something negative to say about him. Not just at the end of the game but throughout.

Skip Bayless is the true definition of a hater.
