Mystic Time Traveller Once Told Kevin Durant about the Thunder and Russell Westbrook 2 Years Before He was Drafted

Kevin Durant has always been a special player. Even when he came into the NBA as a teenager, his level of skill with the ball in his hands was beyond impressive. And of course, to be able to do all that at his size most definitely helped too.

Today, the man is one of the best players in the NBA, and on a surging Brooklyn Nets team.

However, let’s backtrack a bit. Before he made it to the Nets. Prior to his time with the Warriors. Heck, before he was even drafted to the then-Seattle Supersonics.

There was a moment years before the NBA draft when his future was all laid out for him. And it was done in a creepily accurate manner.

Potential time traveler tells Kevin Durant exactly what situation he would be drafted into years ahead of time

Kevin Durant was drafted with the second-overall pick in the 2007 NBA draft by the Seattle Supersonics.

At the time, not much was known about the Supersonics’ situation and upcoming relocation to Oklahoma City.

However, it appears that in 2005 someone knew about everything, including who the franchise would be drafting in the upcoming years.

Take a look at the clip in the tweet below.

If this clip is truly from 2005, that’s a whopping 2 years before he’d be drafted.

Now, this is likely an advertisement from way back in the day.

However, on the off-chance it isn’t, this truly is an incredible moment.

Perhaps even the strongest proof that time travel is real.

When will Kevin Durant return to the floor?

Kevin Durant has been forced to rest on the sideline for the last few weeks due to an MCL sprain in his right knee.

During this stretch, the Brooklyn Nets have found a way to steady the ship, with Kyrie Irving going ballistic to get the team some wins. However, they are still going to need their star man back.

Unfortunately for the franchise, ESPN reports that Durant will stay on the sidelines for about a month.

A rocky road lies ahead for Brooklyn.
