"Nothing should surprise you anymore": Warriors' Stephen Curry reacts to James Harden joining Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving with Brooklyn Nets

Warriors’ superstar Stephen Curry is pretty surprised by the Houston Rockets trading James Harden to the Brooklyn Nets yesterday.

The league was taken aback when they heard of James Harden getting traded to the Brooklyn Nets. After the Rockets adamantly asking for either Kevin Durant or Kyrie Irving in exchange for James, no one saw this coming.

Curry knows Harden all too well, due to having faced him in a lot of intense Western Conference match-ups. Harden moving to the East might just help the Warriors’ ambition to make the playoffs this year.

It was a huge blockbuster trade involving a total of 4 teams. The entire league had their reactions about the same. Some now call the Nets a shoo-in to the NBA Finals, the others show their concerns for their depleted bench now.

Stephen Curry is interested to see how the Nets come together after the addition of James Harden

Stephen Curry is no stranger to super teams, having played in one himself. When asked about his thoughts on the trade, Steph Curry says ‘it’s pretty crazy, but nothing in the league is surprising anymore’. Curry was interviewed by Tim Roye on 95.7 The Game, and there he shared his thoughts on the trade.

“Pretty crazy. I know, in this league, nothing should surprise you… And obviously KD being out here with the team that we had and now with Kyrie and James, it’s going to be pretty interesting to watch that come together.”

Curry is obviously no stranger to any of these three. KD was part of the Warriors squad that won two rings in three years, only to miss the third due to injuries. Irving and Curry have a history of facing each other in the NBA Finals.

It would be interesting to see the entire Nets squad suit up, and how the three react to playing with each other together.
