Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley are two common targets of young fans for their on-screen antics. Most of us find them hilarious and genuine, but some people beg to differ.

We’ve all heard how often Shaq has talked trash about modern-day players. The 3-time Finals MVP even stars in a segment called Shaqtin a Fool on Inside the NBA, aimed at trolling the most hilarious mess-ups that happen through an NBA season.
The likes of JaVale McGee and Dwight Howard have talked about how bullying from Shaq has affected their performance. Shaq can indeed get quite petty over no real slight aimed at him. Some fans are now calling him out for it, though he takes it all in his stride.
Chuck’s takes, on the other hand, are considered to be downright disgraceful for a basketball analyst. Many fans believe that Chuck unfairly trashes modern-day players and their offensive playstyles.
On top of that, Charles Barkley has a crazy inclination to make and lose outrageous bets. What was the point, for example, of betting that the Lakers would get swept by the Blazers in the playoffs? The man does it because he’s a prisoner of the moment and likes saying provocative things at times.
Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal respond to online trolls
Now Ernie Johnson has made it a point to troll the big men every chance that he gets. In Kenny Smith, the longtime sportscaster has a willing and able ally in his quest to make fun of these big men.
We’ve seen it play out too many times, but we still get a laugh out of it every single time. Watching friends bicker over sports talk is some of the most relatable stuff a sports fan could see. Look at this clip, for instance.
Ernie’s properly baited Chuck into making this response to a tweet: “Russ, we’re talking basketball. Shut the hell up and watch!”
