Michael Jordan is considered by many to be the greatest athlete of all time. However, in spite of such a reputation, he hasn’t been making major headlines. In fact, his son Marcus Jordan has been in the spotlight more often in recent times. Why? Well, he is dating MJ’s former teammate, Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife Larsa.

Larsa Pippen and Marcus have been going strong since January this year. And, if Marcus’ Instagram is anything to go by, hanging out with Larsa is what he’s doing 24×7.

To be fair, he does occasionally share some content related to his Hall of Fame father. But, it’s always one of the two. That being said, he recently took a break from his regular habits and shared a lovely story wishing his mother a Happy Mother’s Day.

In recent times, Michael Jordan fans have gotten used to receiving some of their GOAT-related content from Marcus Jordan. The youngest son of His Airness is quite frequent with his posts about his legendary father, and his main squeeze Larsa Pippen.

However, while he does love to post about two people who are clearly significant in his life, he took a break recently. After all, it is Mother’s Day, and he decided to show Juanita Vanoy some love. He wished his mother via Instagram, sharing a picture of her with Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t She Lovely” playing in the background.

It certainly was a change of pace from Marcus’ usual content. But, it was a nice change, to say the least. And, given all she did for him, Juanita definitely deserves the appreciation.

That being said, Marcus didn’t forget about Larsa. He followed up on his Mother’s Day story with another one wishing the mother of four as well.

And, while it must be weird seeing your former teammate’s ex-wife dating your son, one has to wonder if Michael Jordan was okay with it. Well, according to Larsa, both Michael and Juanita Vanoy have given her their blessing.

The couple even spent the holidays with Jordan and his family. A show of just how close she has gotten with the Jordan household.

With the way things are going, who knows what’s next for Larsa and Jordan? Perhaps she might take on the family name, assuming the sound of wedding bells is in their future.
