Going back to the start of the 2019-20 season, everyone expected a big showdown of the LA teams in the playoffs. With the addition of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, it looked like the Clippers were ready to take over the LA spotlight, which was being held by the Lakers alone.
Everyone’s dream of watching a battle of LA in the WCF came down in one big swoop when Jamal Murray and co. knocked the Clippers out 4-3 in the semi-finals. It was obvious that once the pers blew such a lead, people would talk about it. Every sports personality has something to say about the Clippers. We have Skip Bayless, Stephen A. Smith, Shannon Sharpe, and Nick Wright to name a few.

The Lakers have been paying close attention to the Clippers-Nuggets series, to find out about their next round matchup and pick up a few pieces of knowledge about their playstyle. Kyle Kuzma had something to say about the same as well,

Lakers vs Nuggets, how do they match-up?
The Western Conference Finals match-up has been decided and it certainly was one not a lot of us thought about. The Nuggets, who missed the playoffs by a game last season, bounced back big time and made it this far. Can they take on the mightily Lakers, and deliver a potential upset there as well?
The key players to look out in the series would be LeBron James and Anthony Davis for the Lakers, and Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray for the Nuggets. Although, this series also requires greater contribution from the role/bench players and cannot be won by the stars alone.
Game 1 of the WCF is on Friday at 9 PM ET.
