"I'd beat the brakes off of Logan Paul": Myles Garrett rips youtuber turned boxer as talks about his post NFL retirement plans and says, 'will be up for the Celebrity Basketball Match'

Myles Garrett is one of the best DE’s in the NFL and will likely have an illustrious career over the years. But the Pro Bowler doesn’t see himself getting into the joke of a sport that Celebrity Boxing has become.

DE Myles Garrett was a stud in 2020, scaring opposing offenses week in-week out. He finished the 2020 regular season with a 90.0 pass-rushing grade and ended up with 12 sacks in 14 games, despite getting the Covid-19 virus.

What is also surprising is that the Mammoth of a man that is Myles Garrett is also a great basketball player and is also interested in boxing and MMA.

Garrett used to play basketball back in high school during his days in James Martin High School. Between 2012-14, Garrett played in varsity level basketball during his junior and senior years. Garrett was also very successful in his high school days. The Martin Basketball Team compiled a record of 45-13 during Garrett’s time, finishing second place in the school district both years.

However, despite his interests in combat sports, Garrett doesn’t think he will ever get in Celebrity Boxing and fighting Logan Paul despite the money and the fame.

Myles Garrett says he will destroy Logan Paul in a Boxing Match.

Myles Garrett spoke about life after football for him.

“Once I’m done with football, I’m out. Maybe as a guest star for a big game. That might be fun. But I won’t be a Romo, none of that. A Howie Long. I’m good,” Garrett told Zach Frydenlund of Complex. “I’ll do what I do now. I like playing video games, I like playing other sports. Might get me on a celebrity basketball game one time. You won’t get me into celebrity boxing. I think it’s foolish enough as it is. You’re not going to get me on that.”

So what happens if Logan Paul comes knocking?

“I’d beat the brakes off of Logan Paul, but I have bigger fish to fry. I got a career to take care of.”

Logan Paul is a big guy, standing at 6-foot-2 and fighting in the cruiserweight. owever, Garrett is a mountain of a man with otherworldly athleticism. He’s listed at 6-foot-4, 274 pounds and would surely crush an undersized opponent.

Garrett did train with Cleveland’s own Stipe Miocic— the former UFC heavyweight champ — a few offseasons ago and the two have maintained a friendship.

Now that we know what Myles Garrett is interested in, it should be interesting to see what he ends up doing afterlife in football. And even though he says he won’t, a fight between Logan Paul and Myles Garrett would definitely be amazing to see.
