Pete Davidson, who is well-known for getting away with making uncomfortable jokes, gave Giants fans a dose of his unique character when he invited legend Eli Manning over to his house, to show off his bedroom. As expected, every wall of the room was decked to the brim with photos of Eli.

Ever since their retirement, Eli Manning, and his brother Peyton Manning, have been constantly collaborating with various stars. While some could perceive this as the brothers trying to get ahead of the other, their acts and antics have certainly made them one of the most popular duos in the NFL entertainment section.

In a segment shot for the Eli Manning Show last year, the former Giants QB was seen visiting Pete Davidson’s house. While giving Eli a tour of the place, Davidson took him to his bedroom. To Eli’s surprise, the room was filled with an obscene amount of his photos. Including one of Eli with his kids at a fast food joint, which freaked Eli out. Though, the worst was yet to come.
The duo then decide to make an Instagram page together, since they both do not have one. They started by posting videos from the room, though now the profile is eerily empty. It seems their little project may not have taken off as they would have hoped. Or maybe it was just a piece for the cameras.
To those thinking that all this might be staged… of course, it was! However, that does not take away the humor from the act, especially because Davidson himself wasn’t able to control his laughter at Eli’s bewilderment. While playing Madden, Eli asked Davidson if he is a Giants fan, to which Davidson showed off a tattoo above his abdominal region that read, “I’m a Giants fan”. Classic Pete.
Eli Manning is leading a very busy life post retirement
One might think that footballers are the busiest when they are playing. This is true for many players, but it is not applicable to the likes of Eli Manning, as he now seems all set to take over the entertainment aspect of the NFL along with his brother Peyton. The duo is currently hosting ManningCast, which covers the Monday Night Football games.
The show has quickly become very popular among fans, due to its rather laid-back and humorous commentary. On top of that, Eli has his own show, ‘The Eli Manning Show’, which regularly shoots skits such as the one with Pete Davidson. And of course, who can forget the cameos made by legendary Chad Powers, one of Eli’s alter egos.
Apart from the entertainment aspect, Eli is also a part of Brand Velocity Partners, a private equity firm specializing in consumer products. To top it all, the Manning brothers have time and again expressed interest in buying an NFL franchise. Will fans ever get to see these two as team owners?
