On the professional as well as the personal front, Tom has had a really testing year. To begin with, he decided to retire and then un-retire earlier this year in a hasty manner.
Then he took an unprecedented 11-day leave of absence from the Bucs camp after which, rumors of things going wrong between him and Gisele started surfacing. One thing led to another and the couple decided to part ways a few weeks ago.
Moreover, FTX, the crypto firm in which Tom and Gisele had invested heavily, recently went bankrupt. To add insult to injury, Brady and Gisele have also been named in the $12 Billion lawsuit filed against FTX on behalf of American consumers.

Tom Brady Talks About The Challenges ‘Age’ Brings For a Professional Athlete
All in all, things haven’t gone Tom’s way at all. To add to this, his on-field angry outbursts and below-par performances in several games also caught the public eye and did no good to his reputation.
Despite all this, the man has started figuring ways to win games yet again and is slowly getting back on track. Talking about how things have been after his divorce, Tom recently had a few things to say on the Sirius XM podcast.
“I think there’s so many ways for me that it just keeps great perspective for me in my life,” Brady claimed. Talking about why he has been active in the league for such a long time, Tom stated that physically he has taken care of himself which in turn has allowed him to keep doing what he loves to do.
“Emotionally, that’s where I think as you get older the challenges really come in, you know — because we can get distracted by other parts of life. And not distracted in a bad way but there’s priorities that take over,” the legendary QB said.
“So I’ve tried my best over the years to maintain what’s important to me. And been very fortunate to play a sport that I love. And, as I said, why do I play? Because the competition is great,” Brady said, adding that he understands that what he is a part of is way bigger than what he is, which is why, he keeps giving his all to win games after games.
