The fact that he has been able to win more championships than any single franchise is enough to prove how valuable he is to the football world.
It is indeed really tough to understand just how Tom manages to keep the hunger to win more football games alive at 45-years of age. Many fans have also stated that football is the reason behind Tom’s troubled personal life.
Even Brady has hinted at the personal problems being a distraction for an athlete as he grows old. But still, his passion and determination to stay on top of his game is unmatched.

Tom Brady’s Cheat Day Food Is Unusual, To Say The Least
One massive reason behind the enormous amount of success he has achieved at the highest level is his optimum physical fitness. Tom maintains a very rigid diet schedule which eventually allows him to push himself a bit harder every time he takes the field.
Back in 2016, Tom and Gisele’s chef Allen Campbell had revealed a few details in an interview with Boston.com about what the power couple ate and most importantly, what they avoided eating at all cost.
Campbell claimed that Brady’s 80% diet consisted of vegetables and 20% comprised of meat. Brown rice, millets, beans, grass-fed steaks were consumed regularly by the star quarterback.
However, what had ended up getting the most amount of attention after the interview was the cheat food Campbell revealed Brady used to indulge in once in a month.
The chef had stated that Tom avoided eating food items like pepper, mushrooms and eggplants. He added he was cautious about not eating tomatoes as well as they can cause inflammation.
However, Campbell revealed that Tom used to add tomatoes to his food around once in a month but caffeine, fungus and dairy were a big NO for the champion athlete.
Whenever we talk about athletes eating something just once in a month to avoid spoiling their health, those food products generally turn out to be fried food or something high in sugar like an Ice-cream. Tomatoes never really make the list as a cheat day food but Tom is one of a kind and so is his diet.
