Roman Reigns: WWE Superstar reveals how Vince McMahon helped him in his battle with Leukemia. He also spoke about he is enjoying every moment since his return.
Last year Roman Reigns shocked the world by announcing that he was suffering from Leukemia. Fans around the world were left shell shocked by the revelation. He revealed that he had first been diagnosed with the deadly disease 11 years ago. He had previously put it in remission but it had come back to haunt him a second time.

The Big Dog then took time off to do battle with Leukemia for a second time. Fans around the world sent him well wishes and prayed for his recovery. Their prayers were answered when Roman made a miraculous return to the WWE earlier this year. The Big Dog took on Drew McIntyre in a singles match at Wrestlemania where he came out Victorious.
Vince’s Advice
Roman has revealed that Vince was also one of his well wishers and gave him advice during his darkest hour that he still lives by.
While Speaking to Sports Illustrated Roman Said:
“Now that I’m back, I’m enjoying every moment. “That goes back to what Vince McMahon told me. “Vince said to me, ‘Be present’. “He said, ‘Be there with your family and friends, and absorb everything you can. Maximize all that you can.’ “After these past few months, I just want to be a part of the process. “And it’s great to see the women trailblaze and break new ground.”

Following the Superstar Shakeup post-mania, Roman is now a Smackdown star. He is currently in a feud with Shane McMahon and Elias. He is set to feature at this year’s Money in the Bank Pay per View where he will take on Elias.
Money in the Bank will take place on May 19 at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
