Could Sergio Aguero actually move to Chelsea?

Sergio Aguero will go down as one of the finest strikers of his generation and one of the best players that has graced the English league.

The master marksman is arguably the greatest player that has played for Manchester City, with his best moment undoubtedly being the title winning goal against QPR.

That being said, many people were surprised when Pep Guardiola did not seem to fancy the Argentine last season. Guardiola seemed to prefer other strikers, especially new recruit Gabriel Jesus.

Pep is not scared of going against the establishment, something that he has done right throughout his career.

At Barcelona, he got rid of Ronaldinho and Deco while he did make some big changes at Bayern Munich as well.

In one of his first moves as the Manchester City boss, he decided to let go of Joe Hart, another Manchester City legend.

But his treatment of Aguero has surprised even the staunchest of Pep fans. Aguero is still one of the premier strikers in the world, and is a match winner in his own right. So why sell him?

Chelsea seem to be very interested in buying Aguero, as Sky Sports have reported Chelsea’s interest as ‘serious and real’.

Conte must be fuming as he missed out on both his prime targets in Lukaku and Morata this summer. With Aubameyang being a remote possibility, the Itlaian has switched his attention to Aguero.

Whether or not the boss has fallen out with Costa, the striker’s recent video in which he insulted Conte and Chelsea seems to indicate that he is done with the London club.

The prospect of Aguero at Chelsea is a frightening prospect. There are not many ways in which you could improve a title winning team.

Signing Sergio Aguero is certainly one way of doing it though!
