Sheamus Injury news: Rumours suggest that The WWE Superstar’s career could be over

.Sheamus Injury news: Rumours suggest that The WWE Superstar’s career could be over. However The ‘Celtic Warrior’ has been training hard and is working towards his recovery.

Sheamus hasn’t been since on WWE TV since the SmackDown after Wrestlemania 35. He took part in a 6-man tag team match against the New Day. Cesaro and Drew McIntyre were his partners in that bout. He reportedly suffered a concussion in that match.

This injury on top of the Stenosis that he already suffers is worrying Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com. In his own words, things aren’t looking hot for the Wrestler. WWE has not released any update regarding ‘The Celtic Warrior’s’ injury and recovery. This has only added to the speculations.

This is what Sean Ross Sapp said on Fightful Select’s Q&A

“I had heard last year that there were a lot of people that were surprised that Sheamus could still wrestle as effectively as he could considering some of the injury issues and the pain that he had been in.”

“Honestly the thing I was told by one wrestler was that if he got through WrestleMania that would be really awesome. Not as if they were hoping that or the company was hoping that, but that wrestler personally was hoping that Sheamus could get through this WrestleMania and he did and that was about it. No update yet, but man, with a bad neck and then you get a concussion on top of that, that’s not hot.”

In his absence, his tag partner has been moved to Raw, where he’s had a match against Cedric Alexander. It is currently not known if Sheamus will follow his partner when he comes back. Or if he will even come back. The wrestler is however training very hard to stay ready and is working hard towards his recovery.

Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
