Nearly two weeks after the Winter Update for 2022, GTA Online has now received its Festive Cheer. Snow returns to San Andreas and players can now partake in brand new freemode events. Aside from snowballs returning, several items such as snacks and ammo are being given out for free. Those who log in will receive free ammo top-ups in certain categories alongside bonus payouts for their Acid Lab businesses. Here’s everything new in the update.

While this weekly update will be refreshed on December 29, it is likely that snow and the new freemode activities will remain for a little while longer. On a side note, it seems that the Cayo Perico guard bug isn’t a bug after all. While guards would ignore dead bodies in earlier updates, they now raise an alarm, upping the difficulty slightly for solo players.
