RCB Predicted Playing 11 vs SRH

RCB Predicted Playing 11 vs SRH: The Sportsrush presents before you RCB’s Predicted Playing XI for their third match of IPL 2019.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore are off to a disappointing start this season and now march on to Hyderabad to face the SunRisers Hyderabad. Virat Kohli's men have lost both their games so far this season, and are up against a very strong batting line-up.

Despite RCB having a strong line-up itself, the stars have failed to click together so far this season. As seen in the previous two games, RCB have fielded the same XI and it is likely that they will be doing that in Hyderabad also. This might actually be a good combination, however, they would have to shuffle the battig order to utilize their resources better.

RCB Predicted Playing 11 vs SRH

Parthiv Patel (wk):

The experienced wicket-keeper batsman scored a good 40-odd run innings against the Mumbai Indians, giving RCB a good start. His timing during the powerplay will be essential for a good start for his team.

Moeen Ali:

Despite batting in the top-order in the previous two games, RCB should consider sending the Englishman down the order. An astonishing strike-rate of 211 in the last 10 overs advocates the fact that Moeen is better at the death.

Virat Kohli (c):

One of the greatest ever, Virat Kohli has started the IPL season on a disappointing note. With low returns in the first two games, a huge knock from Kohli is due, which should make SRH worry.

AB de Villiers:

The superman from South Africa played a brilliant innings of 70 not out against Mumbai in the previous game to get RCB close. However, he will be gutted that he could not get the team over the line and will be inspired to do that in Hyderabad.

Shimron Hetmyer:

The left-handed batter from the West Indies has been phenomenal in T20s at the number 3 position. His average or 32.13 and strike-rate of 144 is enough for RCB to switch his batting position.

Shivam Dube:

The star-studded top-order of RCB will be followed by Dube, who is yet to produce a good knock. If the youngster can get going, RCB will be heading towards a strong total considering their firepower at the death.

Colin de Grandhomme:

The Kiwi all-rounder is also yet to fire in the IPL this season. His superb hitting abilities, however, are not hidden from everyone and RCB will be hoping he can fire.

Umesh Yadav:

The Indian pacer will be looking to make a mark in the IPL this season following a disappointing previous season. He was decent in the previous game with figures of 2-26 and will be hoping to carry that form against SRH.

Yuzvendra Chahal:

The leg-spinner is regarded as one of the best in the world right now and he will be leading RCB’s spin attack. His  brilliant accuracy and knack of taking wickets will be crucial for the visitors.

Navdeep Saini:

The fast bowler has surprised one and all with his brilliant pace and bounce. Despite him going at 10 an over against Mumbai, RCB believes in Saini being the X-Factor for the team.

Mohammed Siraj:

The right-arm pacer will be facing his previous team, the SunRisers Hyderabad. Siraj’s raw talent and his experience of being in the SRH camp will be helpful in getting the better of the Orange Army.
