Ted Kravitz: Sky Sports colleague David Croft gets bombarded with questions
Ted Kravitz was absent from the Sky Sports coverage in Australia and the viewers haven’t taken to it very kindly.
The Ted Kravitz fiasco has been going on for sometime now, with Sky Sports earlier not even mentioning him in their presenter’s list for 2019.
A Twitter furore caused them to release an updated list days later, with Ted’s name in it. However, reports had suggested that Ted’s role would be a new one this time, as there were some new ideas from Scott Young.
Ted Kravitz F1 2019
Ted’s role for the 2019 season was unknown until Sky Sports released a tweet a few days back about a technical midweek show with Ted Kravitz at the helm. Having earned a large fan following for his show ‘Ted’s notebook’, fans are bemused with Sky Sports’ decision to do way with the show.
David Croft took to twitter to speak about the Sky Sports viewership numbers surrounding the Australian GP weekend.
While the numbers did sound impressive, Ted’s fans and Sky Sports viewers ensured that their grievances were put across, as they bombarded Crofty with a series of tweets.
“Got back home to hear that our race day coverage reached 2.1 million viewers! Really chuffed that so many of you tune in to our Sky Sports F1 coverage thank you if you did. Across Sky & Channel 4 more than 3.5 mil watched the opening race that’s a lot of early risers on Sunday” David Croft said.

All the replies on Croft’s tweet are about Ted, with loyal Sky Sports fans wanting answers around Ted’s absence.
Only watched the race. Used to look forward to Ted’s notebook afterwards. Sky has really messed up leaving him out

Will we have to wait till Ted writes a autobiography to find out what’s actually happened??

Ted needs to come back Crofty. You cannot replace him in the pit lane. The notebook a big miss

You’d probably have a few more if @tedkravitz was there

I don’t know if anyone else has mentioned it yet but personally, I was disappointed that Ted was nowhere to be seen.

The outrage is massive, with fans threatening to give up on their Sky Sports F1 subscription if Ted is not reinstated into the grand prix line up.
Where is Ted Kravitz?
Now, Ted’s Sky Sports colleague Rachel Brookes had earlier confirmed that Ted would be back on track in China. Meanwhile, Ted’s new midweek show would air on the 20th of March.
