Twitter rejoices for the All Indian Men’s Final at the Singapore Open !
Huge news for Indian badminton as Kidambi Srikanth and Sai Praneeth set up an exciting all Indian men’s final at the Singapore Open. Social media went berserk as Twitter rejoices for the all Indian men’s final at the Singapore Open !
Srikanth beat world number 26 Anthony Sinisuka Ginting 21-13, 21-14 to reach the Super series final for the third time in his career. Srikanth was in fine form in this semi final as he dispatched Anthony quite easily in both games to enter the final.

Sai Praneeth was even more impressive as he dispatched the much fancied Lee 21-6, 21-8 in the other semi final.
This is big news for India as men’s badminton has not been able to grab the headlines like the women’s badminton in the country has done in the past. The final will now be much awaited as Srikanth and Praneeth will battle it out to win the tournament.

Praneeth has a 4-1 win record over Srikanth and will be looking to add another win in the bag. But Srikanth will want to get back to being one the best shutters in the world and a win here would go a long way in achieving that.
