Dana White Is Having a ‘Bad Week’: Former UFC Star on Slapping Incident, Jake Paul PFL Signing, and Power Slap League Delay

Dana White has been all across the news recently following his slapping incident which went viral. A lot has happened with the UFC boss over the past few days and it looks like it isn’t getting better anytime soon. Moreover, a lot of people have taken digs at the UFC president, including a former UFC star.

Former UFC star suggests Dana White is having a bad week

Former UFC star Ben Askren recently took to Twitter to comment on Dana White’s recent situation. Askren replied to a tweet in which it was announced that White’s online enemy Jake Paul was signing with the PFL and said: “Ooof Dana is having a bad week!”

As mentioned earlier, Dana White was recently involved in a slapping incident with his wife where he was seen slapping her after getting slapped first. Just a few days after it, Jake Paul has been doing everything to bring White down. He has also signed with UFC’s rival PFL in an attempt to make it bigger than the UFC.

Moreover, the White’s Power Slap League has also been delayed by a week following his incident with his wife. That said, it’s safe to assume that Dana White would want to erase the past week from his memory.

What did White say about the slapping incident?

The UFC boss was out on a vacation with his wife in Mexico for New Year’s when the unfortunate incident took place. After the incident came to the public light, Dana White sat down for an interview with TMZ to give an explanation for his actions.

He suggested that he was embarrassed that he did something like this. It is worth noting that Dana White has always condemned people who raise their hands on women and has done the same.  He was pretty regretful. White revealed that he and his wife have apologized to each other. And are focusing on their children as they don’t want them to be troubled by it.
