Jake Paul, a professional YouTuber, didn’t want to feel alone. As a result, he made a $100 million battle offer for Musk vs. Zuckerberg yesterday. Now, UFC superstar Conor McGregor has joined the trend.
In a recent interview, the former two-division UFC champion expressed interest in the idea. He did, however, have a condition for the fight to have his involvement.
What did Conor McGregor say about Elon Musk vs. Mark Zuckerberg?
Conor McGregor has been out of the fight game for nearly two years due to an injury. However, he is frequently seen attending major events and making media appearances.
‘The Notorious’ was recently interviewed by the Daily Mail and was asked about Musk vs. Zuckerberg. McGregor immediately gave the idea his approval. The Irishman said:
“I’m interested. Are they gonna go ahead with it? Are they gonna make it happen? If it happens under the UFC banner, I’m with it. It has to happen under the UFC banner.”
McGregor wishes to remain involved with the concept. However, he will only do so if it takes place under the UFC banner. Interestingly, he is not the only well-known combat sports athlete interested in a deal with Musk vs. Zuckerberg.
