MMA Superstar Conor McGregor hints at UFC return with Cryptic tweet. The Irishman announced his retirement back in June.
Conor McGregor announced his retirement from MMA immediately after the conclusion of UFC 250. Not many have however, taken the decision seriously. Instead, many including UFC president Dana White have speculated that he will eventually make a return.
Hey guys I’ve decided to retire from fighting.
Thank you all for the amazing memories! What a ride it’s been!

This is not the first time, that the first ever UFC Champ-Champ has announced his retirement from fighting. He retired back in 2019 and also in 2016 before returning each time and it seems this isn’t the last we’ve seen of ‘Notorious’.
Conor McGregor hints at UFC return with Cryptic tweet
UFC’s biggest star, sparked rumours of his return to the UFC with a mysterious two-word message on his twitter. The Irishman wrote: “I accept!”

It is unclear who McGregor is responding to. Boxing legend Mike Tyson recently claimed that he could beat the MMA star in a boxing match. Tony Ferguson also spoke recently about being open to go one on one with McGregor.
Regardless of the opponent however, this tweet is sure to set tongues wagging.
McGregor last fought Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone via first-round TKO back in January. This was his first match since losing to Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229 in October 2018.
