Joe Rogan Brock Lesnar

WWE superstar and former UFC champion Brock Lesnar is one of the very few people who has seen success across multiple sports. Lesnar was a wrestling champion in college who went on to become a WWE superstar. He later signed with the UFC and went on to become the heavyweight champion. But after a short stint in the promotion, ‘The Beast’ returned to the WWE later. Not to mention, he was also a pretty good football player and was almost signed in the NFL.

Rogan added, “I’m not bullsh****ng dude, picked me up in the air with a fu*king handshake. I go ‘what’s up big man’, grabbed hands with him, and all of a sudden I was in the air. Dude, I’m not fu*king around. He is a monster.”

Just the fact that Lesnar was able to lift Joe Rogan, who is not a small man himself into the air with just a handshake, is a testament to the former UFC champion’s strength.

When did Brock Lesnar last fight in the UFC?

Brock Lesnar was last seen in action against Mark Hunt at UFC 200 back in 2016. It is worth noting that his bout against Hunt was his first in 5 years, having last fought back in 2011.

Lesnar made his UFC debut in 2008 against Frank Mir. Despite losing his first bout, he went on to win his next four fights in the UFC and also won the UFC heavyweight championship in the process.

After suffering consecutive losses at the hands of Alistair Overeem and Cain Velasquez, Brock Lesnar seemingly retired from the sport in 2011. However, he returned to the UFC for one last fight against Mark Hunt in 2016 after being granted permission by WWE.

Despite winning the bout by unanimous decision, the result was overturned to a no-contest after he tested positive for a banned substance. This was his last-ever UFC fight.
