Nate Diaz and Devin Haney Have the Same Response to Bradley Martyn’s Street Fight Request
One of MMA’s biggest superstars Nate Diaz is gearing up for his upcoming boxing fight against Jake Paul. To promote the battle, Diaz is appearing on several podcasts and interviews. Similarly, he also made an appearance on Bradley Martyn’s podcast. The question about who would win in a street fight Diaz or Devin Haney got answered. Also, Diaz gave his take on who would win if Bradley Martyn fought Devin Haney in a street fight. 2 months back, 150 lbs Devin Haney also told the American podcaster that size difference won’t be an issue for him.
During the podcast, Diaz revealed interesting scoops about his career. He discussed how he was introduced to fighting. Furthermore, the Stockton superstar also discussed his professional career and whether Paul was paid to dive into the upcoming fight.
Moreover, during the conversation, Martyn boldly asked Diaz what would happen if they both had a street fight. Since Martyn has a great physique, he confidently asks boxers and MMA fighters about a street fight. Similar to Diaz he also asked Devin Haney. However, Diaz’s response to the fight was quite true to his character.
Nate Diaz claims he would kill Bradley Martyn in a street fight
Former UFC fighter Nate Diaz gave a warning to Bradley Martyn. During the podcast, Martyn asked the Californian fighter what would happen if they fought in a street fight. Diaz is infamous for street fights, not so long ago he choked a Logan Paul lookalike in the streets. Diaz called Martyn a ‘Podcaster’ and claimed that he would stand no chance against a seasoned fighter like Diaz. He even agreed that Haney would defeat Martyn unless Martyn made one specific move.
Diaz said, “If you [Bradley Martyn] fought Devin Haney. You got to get him good. You got to grab that little fu*ker. Yeah, yeah, yeah and that’s it, right? So you get a hold of him [Devin Haney]. You get a hold of Devin Haney, he’s probably, most likely dead. You grab a hold of me, you’re dead. Straight up, because that’s just different. That’s a whole other story though. That’s a real fight though.“
Diaz also spoke about how a street fight between Haney and Martyn would pan out. According to Diaz, if Martyn got hold of the boxer, then it would be quite difficult for Maney to hurt the podcaster. However, if Martyn wasn’t able to get hold of Maney, the boxer would finish off Martyn. Hany himself thought that a street fight would prove fatal for Martyn.
Devin Haney warned Martyn that a street fight would be fatal
During Haney’s appearance on the podcast, Martyn and Haney discussed the result of a potential street fight. Haney ridicules the claims that muscles would help Martyn out during the fight.
Haney said, “You’re way bigger than me right? Let’s say you weigh 260 lbs and people think like muscles like they mean something. Like muscles don’t mean nothing. But even in a street fight no I would kill you, bro. I would kill you.“
Martyn believes that if he had the jump on the undefeated boxer in a street fight, he would win. However, Haney doesn’t agree with him. Despite Haney’s 30-0 professional record, Martyn believes in himself and his physique. He claimed that due to the weight difference, he could win against Haney.
