WATCH: Kimi Raikkonen trolls engineer with “I don’t know you tell me” radio exchange in Bahrain GP, showcasing his dry humour once again.
Kimi Raikkonen and Sauber are putting up a decent enough show after the Finn’s move to his boyhood team post Ferrari’s decision of not renewing Kimi’s contract.
It was expected that Kimi would find his feet at Sauber pretty quickly, but he has kept his dry sense of humour intact as well.
During the Bahrain GP, Kimi Raikkonen was asked by engineer if his front wing was intact and did not need any kind of immediate attention. In a typical Kimi way, the Finn asked his engineer back if he knew anything about the front wing and could educate him about it’s state instead.
Sauber engineer: “How is the front wing?”
Raikkonen: “I don’t know, you’ll have to tell me!”

At the time of writing this article, Kimi Raikkonen was in 8th place on the grid, with Norris having just overtaken him in a brilliant move on the main straight. Raikkonen did try and fight back with DRS right away, but couldn’t muster that move and had to settle for 8th place for the time being.
Elsewhere, Charles Leclerc is leading the race, despite having lost out on P1 going into Turn 1, as his teammate Sebastian Vettel got off to the perfect start. The two Ferraris were involved in a heated battle in the opening laps and so were the two Mercedes drivers, but no harm came out of it, with all 4 drivers ensuring nothing catastrophic took place.
The Bahrain GP has by far been one of the most interesting races of recent times, with multiple overtaking manoeuvres taking place.
Hold on for the last few laps to see who comes out on top in the 2nd grand prix of the season.
