Seth Rollins on if he and Becky Lycnh will work together as an on-screen pair again. The couple paired up back in 2019 after Wrestlemania 35.
2019 was quite the year for both Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch. Both of them went on to win the Royal Rumble that year and won the World titles at Wrestlemania 35. Rollins beat Brock Lesnar in the opening match and Lynch overcame Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey in the main event.

It soon emerged that the two were dating and the couple were soon paired up on television. Unfortunately for them, the storyline was panned by fans and the two are yet to show up in a storyline together again. Speaking on the Sports Media with Richard Deitsch, Rollins was asked if he would work together with his wife on television again.
Seth Rollins on if he and Becky Lycnh will work together as an on-screen pair again
“We tried to make the best of it, but I don’t think either of us were terribly comfortable with it. Even though we have incredible chemistry as people, as performers, our characters never really vibed on-screen. It’s one of those things where, if she comes back, we’ll stay away from it and won’t touch on it. If something calls for it and we’re in the same segment or story, you can’t pretend like it doesn’t exist. It’s not possible, we’re too high profile for that, but if we’re in two separate places, then no-one thinks about it now.”
Rollins also addressed the “We want Becky” chants directed towards him.
“I’ve had to think about it because now that crowds are back, I’ll get ‘We want Becky’ chants. I don’t know how to navigate that. I’m not exactly sure why people think that’s an insult to me. ‘Yeah, my wife is awesome and great. I get why you want her instead of me. I’m also a bad guy’. I don’t know where the insult comes here. If it happens, how am I supposed to react to that and what am I supposed to say? Luckily, I haven’t had to address it yet, but it doesn’t hurt my feelings.”
Seth Rollins is scheduled to face Edge at SummerSlam. SummerSlam 2021 will take place on August 21, 2021, at Allegiant Stadium in the Las Vegas suburb of Paradise, Nevada.
It will be the 34th event under the SummerSlam chronology.
It will also be the first to take place on a Saturday since the 1992 event; although it will be the first to air live on a Saturday.
