Sasha Banks and Bayley become first duo to win PWInsider’s Tag Team and Feud of the Year. The Golden Role Models had a memorable 2020.
2020 was a dark and sullen year for many. The entire world felt the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. The entire world, except for two women, who became role models; Golden Role Models to be precise. Sasha Banks and Bayley stole the show last year and continue to reap the benefits of it.

Together, they were magic, whether they were paired with or against each other. The two have a chemistry very few have ever had in the industry. It’s like Shawn Michaels and Triple H. You’ve played this angle out every possible way and yet it still works!
Sasha Banks and Bayley become first duo to win PWInsider’s Tag Team and Feud of the Year
Banks and Bayley were workhorses for the WWE last year. They appeared on all shows when and wherever they were required. RAW, SmackDown, NXT, you name it and they would blow it out of the park. This has resulted in them winning both the Tag Team and Feud of the Year in the @OfficialPWI Awards, voted by their readers.
This year, @itsBayleyWWE and @SashaBanksWWE won both Tag Team and Feud of the Year in the @OfficialPWI Awards, chosen by our readers. No duo has ever done this, let alone while feuding with EACH OTHER. This also marks the first time two women were voted top tag team. Congrats! 🥳 pic.twitter.com/ogTwRZ3TnB

They are the first female tag team to earn the accolade of the best team. They duo also happen to be the very first to win both awards in the very same year.
Quite a year for the pair actually. Banks was recently named Sports Illustrated’s Top Wrestler of 2020 while Bayley found herself at the 6th position.
