Shotzi Blackheart and Tegan Nox make WWE main roster debut on SmackDown

Shotzi Blackheart and Tegan Nox make WWE main roster debut on SmackDown. The two have come up together as a tag team and are billed as Shotzi and Nox.

NXT Superstars Shotzi Blackheart and Tegan Nox seem to have moved over from the Black and Gold to the Blue Brand on Friday nights. Both these women have been wrestling dark matches on the main roster for sometime now and they finally made their SmackDown debut tonight.

Intrestingly, they have been paired together and their names seem to have been shortened too with them being billed as Shotzi and Nox. The two came out together, riding Shotzi’s tank to the ring for their first match on the main roster together.

Before the match, Natalya announced that they were going to have a non-title match against two women that nobody has ever heard of. Out came Shotzi and Nox, making their main roster debut as a pair.

They had a short match that ended with Shotzi pinning Natalya.

There was no word on if this will lead to a future title shot. We don’t even know if this is permanent. Nox is currently involved in a storyline with Candice LeRae back in NXT and Shotzi already is in a tag team with Ember Moon. In fact, the two were, at one point, NXT Women’s Tag team Champions. Although, it is understandable why Moon may not have wanted to go back to the main roster. She did leave it to go back to NXT after all.

Michael Cole indicated on commentary that this was their SmackDown debuts for joining the roster.

Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
