Ahead of WrestleMania 35, The Miz and Shane McMahon had an amusing moment during the Hall of Fame Class of 2019 ceremony. The Miz and Shane were slated to slug it out in a falls count anywhere match a day later at the Grandest Stage. Their rivalry started when McMahon turned on The Miz at Fastlane. At the time, The Miz was his tag team partner. After attacking The A-Lister, McMahon made things personal by shoving The Miz’s father.
At WrestleMania 35, Shane and The Miz went to blows in a grudge-settling, brutal match. While Shane McMahon got his comeuppance, he still managed to pick up the win after being suplexed by The Miz off the camera platform.
The suplex rendered both men unconscious, with Shane McMahon’s head on top of The Miz. This led to the referee counting to three and declaring Shane as the winner. Before the brutal contest, The Miz and Shane got involved in a funny interaction on camera.

In the resurfaced clip, The Miz pops up on the camera with his wife, Maryse. His appearance was met with a loud cheer from the fans. The next moment, the camera switched to Shane McMahon, who was also seated with his wife, looking indifferent.
The camera switched back and forth between the two. And every time it had The Miz on, the crowd cheered and laughed at The Miz’s antics.
On the other hand, Shane McMahon too got a loud disapproving response, but a response nonetheless. In the end, the crowd was at its loudest when The Miz kissed his wife passionately on camera.
But Shane did not hold back either as he got a kiss from his wife as well. When The Miz popped up for the final time, he reacted to Shane’s kiss with his wife with a weirded-out look.
The Miz lost an impromptu match against the returning Pat McAfee at WrestleMania 39
The Miz and Snoop Dogg were the designated show hosts of WrestleMania Night 1. The duo made their way to the ring, only to be interrupted by the returning Pat McAfee. McAfee then challenged The Miz to a match.
While The Miz refused to wrestle, Snoop Dogg made the match official. With a little assist from San Francisco 49ers Tight End George Kittle, McAfee quickly finished The Miz.
