Drew McIntyre says former WWE Champion Kofi Kingston is at a whole other level

“He’s incredible. He’s always been incredible. I’ve known him since FCW. He’s always had the passion, he’s always had the talent and unbelievable charisma, especially ever since The New Day thing started, it went to a whole other level.”

“But you never truly know how good somebody is until you’re in the ring with them and I knew how good he was. But to get in the ring with him the past couple of weeks, man he’s just at a whole other level and like that we could produce some magic together, and Kofi is magic.”

Having overcome Kingston, McIntyre now has his sights set on Lashley. The two will face each other inside Hell in a Cell. If McIntyre loses the match, he will no longer be allowed to challenge for the championship until Lashley’s reign comes to an end.

Archie is a WWE and UFC Editor/Author at the SportsRush. Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
