According to reports, Sasha and Naomi were not happy with the outcome of a specific match. As a result, they decided to relinquish their WWE Raw Women’s Championship and leave the company without any notice.

Ever since Sasha Banks has been wanting in WWE, speculations about her joining AEW have been making rounds on the internet. While some fans desire to watch the former WWE Women’s Champion join the rival company, others believe that WWE is where she belongs.
It was also reported in the past that Sasha Banks was approached by other wrestling promotions after she left WWE.
Speaking on his podcast To Be The Man, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair gave his opinion on what Sasha should consider doing next.

“Absolutely [cannot imagine Sasha Banks not returning to WWE]. She wouldn’t go there [AEW]. She’s been in Mexico wrestling too. I talked to her. I’ve talked to her a couple of times. [Betting that she would wind up back in WWE?] Yeah, if she likes to do anything, she’s looking at outside options. (…) I hope that she gets back in the business.” Said Naitch.

According to Flair, he spoke to Sasha a couple of times after her exit and believes that if she ever decided to return, it will be to WWE and not AEW.
Another report from Wrestling Observer Radio suggests that Sasha Banks and WWE are currently negotiating their “money situation”. Fans are surprised that Sasha’s return is delayed even after Triple H stepped up as the new Head of Creative.

Amid rumors surrounding Sasha Banks’s WWE return, Banks shocked wrestling fans after Survivor Series WarGames when she took to TikTok to post a video of wrestling training sessions.
Interestingly, The Boss hashtagged AEW in her post. Despite what Ric Flair believes, Sasha may have hinted at her desire to join AEW.

The arrival of The Boss in either company would be a huge deal. Ahead of Survivor Series, fans speculated that Banks would return and fill the fifth mystery spot in the WarGames match. However, the spot was taken by Becky Lynch. It remains to be seen if Sasha ever decides to return to WWE or makes her AEW debut.
